In short: if you send me your details through this website, I use them to reply to you about your enquiry. I don't sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

What I collect

• Anything you type into the enquiry form: your name, business name, email, phone number, current website address and what you'd like improved.
• Basic, anonymous traffic information if analytics is switched on — pages viewed and roughly where in the world visitors are. No cookies are set for advertising.

Why I have it, and for how long

To answer your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the work. That's a legitimate interest under UK GDPR. Enquiries are kept for as long as they're useful and then deleted.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website. If email is used to reply, your message sits in my email provider's systems. Nobody else receives your details.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of what I hold, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how it's handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
